Senator Donley offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 1, line 1, through page 7, line 11: Delete all material and insert ""An Act extending the Alaska Public Utilities Commission; and providing for an effective date."" Page 7, line 12: Delete "Sec. 12" Insert "Section 1" Page 7, line 14: Delete "1999" Insert "1996" Page 7, lines 15 - 25: Delete all material and insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c)." Senator Donley moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
